Hopelessness, depression, suicidal tragedies are on the rise like never before and we need to do something about it in our communities. Many are shut-in and in despair. Mental illness has taken away the gift of life from one too many and growing rampantly even among young children. We must look for ways that are within our reach to become the difference. We believe with this initiative we can help encourage and save a life, one gift at a time. Here's how...
Stop in our gift shop (All items purchased for this initiative are at cost. **No profit is made.**) You have the option of purchasing one 5x7 encouragement card, or a small encouragement card packet (contains 5 inspirational cards; 2-4x6 and 3-3.5x2, for only $5), inspirational art (prices vary), or devotional prayer book with photography on every page and we'll be sure to gift it to someone in need. Here are a few of the ways we have done this and are doing this:
Given to shut-ins
We can mail them to someone on your behalf
Participants of Celebrate Recovery
Assisted Living Facilities/Nursing home of your choice
Given to missionaries to take along with them
Walk-ins in need of some encouragement
If you know of someone who needs encouragement please send us their contact information and we'll be sure to send some out!
If your organization would like to take part in receiving these encouragement gifts please contact us to sign up.
Over the years we have given away thousands of gifts to bless those who are in need of some encouragement to become inspired to live in hope knowing someone cares. Will you partner with us to become a blessing? You can become an anonymous donor or we can let the one receiving your donation know your first name only. Thank you for your generosity! Let's inspire and share hope one gift at a time!
Perfect Timing Gift Shop is much more than a gift shop... it's life altering!!!
"It is more blessed to give than to receive." -Acts 20:32
"Give, and it will be given to you: good measure, pressed down, shaken together, and running over will be given to you. For with the same measure that you use, it will be measured back to you." -Luke 6:38
